This antique dresser is solid wood, with unique book matched flame mahogany that’s been restored and oiled to highlight its original beauty! Created by Sligh Furniture Company in 1916 in Grand Rapids, MI. Charles Sligh sourced his mahogany from Honduras at that time. In preserving the pieces as best as possible, repairs were made to the body and then painted with SW enamel paint in charcoal. Dovetailed drawers glide well and show their characteristics with a bird’s eye maple box. The wood grain top has been sealed and should last for many more years to come. The bureau is heavy, care should be taken when transporting.

Cash or Venmo is accepted, or I can invoice, located in Bend, will not ship. These historical pieces go for over $3k in auction houses due to the rare Honduran mahogany.
