I love creating and sometimes it's art for furniture.  With so many quality pieces already cycling out in the world, I like to reuse those old solid models and give them new life that updates their look.  My hopes are to get them to be desired again and keep furniture out of our landfills.  Some items are specifically chosen (and given a name) for me to do a technique I want or to create it for someone else.
